Your nutritional therapist will guide you through the basics of nutrition as a form of self-care and offer you take-home materials such as simple guidelines or weekly meal plans, depending on your needs. One of the main aims is to help you listen to your body and respond to its needs. So while you may use food plans, sometimes you will work on ‘unplanning’ your food and learn to eat intuitively.
